What is the promo?

1. The promo is open to all Smart and Talk N Text (Prepaid and Postpaid) subscribers.
2. Users may join the promo by subscribing to select infotext services included in the promo. To subscribe, user must text <OPTIN KEYWORD> to 777. Once subscribed, the user will receive content daily; and will be charged for every content received.
3. Those who are currently subscribed to the select infotext services will automatically earn raffle entries.
4. There will be only be one (1) grand prize winner of P200,000.00 cash at the end of the promo duration.  The winner will be randomly drawn via computer system.
5. There will be 6000 winners of P15 instant load. 100 winners of P15 load will be drawn daily. The total instant load to be given away for CATEXT PANALO is worth P90,000.
6. Users subscribed to the select infotext services are automatically qualified to win instant prizes. However, in order to qualify for the grand draw, the subscriber must also register to the promo. Registration is free.

What are the prizes?

How to win?

1. RAFFLE. Users can get raffle entries to win the grand prize of P200,000.00 by subscribing to infotext services included in the promo. For every infotext content received, the user will be given 30 raffle entries. Users must register in order to qualify for the grand draw.
2. INSTANT PRIZE. Users who subscribe to infotext services included in the promo may win P15 e-load instantly. There will be 100 winners daily. Instant load winners will receive a notification message stating that they have won P15 load and will be receiving it within 24 hours. A user can only win instant load once per day.

How will the winner be drawn and verified?

1. The grand prize winner will be randomly selected electronically on April 10, 2013 at 3:00pm in the presence of a DTI representative.
2. All draws will be held at CHIKKA PHILIPPINES, INC. Office, The Penthouse of Anson’s Building, 23 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
3. Prior to notification of the winner, the winning number will first be endorsed to Smart Communications Inc., for verification of load and account status.
   i. For prepaid, the subscriber must be properly charged for all transactions.
   ii. For postpaid, the subscriber’s account must be up to date/current at the time of the claiming of the prize.
4. Once the validation process has been completed, CHIKKA PHILIPPINES, INC. will coordinate with Smart Communications for prize distribution and callout to winner.

How will the winners claim their prize?

1. The grand prize winner will be notified through registered mail and a telephone call from a CHIKKA PHILIPPINES, INC. representative using SMART local 7777.
2. The cash prize should be claimed at CHIKKA PHILIPPINES Office, The Penthouse of Anson’s Building, 23 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
3. Winner may claim their prize personally or through an authorized representative within 60 days from date of receipt notification.
4. For provincial winner, the prize amount may be deposited to the bank account of the winner.
5. Unclaimed cash prizes will be forfeited in favor of CHIKKA PHILIPPINES, INC. with prior DTI approval.
6. Winner must present the following:
   i. SIM card with the same mobile number as the winning entry.
   ii. Any 2 valid IDs with complete name and address and TIN number if applicable.
   iii. Registered Mail sent by CHIKKA PHILIPPINES, INC.

What is the E-Load Panalo 7?

E-Load Panalo 7 is a raffle promo open to all Smart prepaid and postpaid subscribers wherein they can win P100 instant load daily or P500,000.00 in the grand draw. Subscribers can earn raffle entries just by loading via Smart eLoad and by answering Trivia Challenge questions.

What are the prizes?

1. P100 eload for daily winners.
2. P500,000.00 cash for the grand prize winner.
3. Tax for the grand prize will be shouldered by the winner.
4. Prizes are non-transferable.
5. Prepaid subscribers may win P100 instant load daily. This will be done via seeding procedure.

There will be 744 winners of P100 eload within the whole duration of the E-Load Panalo 7 Promo. There will only be 1 randomly selected grand draw winner and this will be done via a computer system. The grand prize is P500,000.00 cash.

How to earn raffle entries?

1. There are 3 ways to accumulate raffle entries:
   i. When you purchase airtime load through Smart eLoad, you earn entries based on the amount of your eLoad top up.  Included denominations are:  30, 50, 60, 115, 200, 300, 500, and 1000.  The table below shows equivalent number of entries a subscriber will earn per eLoad denomination:

2. First time subscribers earn 30 entries upon receipt of first trivia question. Succeeding attempt to opt in will no longer earn subscriber an entry.
3. Subscribers get the first trivia question of the day for P2.50.
4. The trivia question is answerable by A, B or C. To answer, subscriber must send A|B|C to 299.
5. A total of six (6) questions will be sent to subscribers should the latter actively participate in the game.  The succeeding trivia questions will be automatically sent to the subscribers upon answering the previous question/s whether the answer is correct or not. Sending of next five trivia questions will be free of charge.
6. A subscriber may earn 30 entries for every trivia question received.

How to win P100 load?

1. Users who subscribe to Trivia Challenge service and users who have entries from E-Load transactions may also win P100 e-load instantly. There will be 12 winners daily. A user can only win instant load once per day.
2. A subscriber need not be registered to qualify to get the P100 eLoad.
3. The 12 daily instant prize winners are randomly selected out of the numbers assigned for each transaction for the day. This will be done via seeding procedure.

How will the winners of P100 be determined?

1. Determination of daily winners will be done via seeding procedure.
2. Winners of instand load will be notified via SMS.
3. Sending of eLoad will be done on a daily basis. P100 eLoad may still be received by winners 60 days after the promo period. See promo schedule and details.
4. eLoad prizes will be sent directly to winner’s mobile phones within 48 hours upon winning.

How will the winners be drawn and verified?

1. The Grand draw winner will be selected electronically on April 15, 2013 at 3:00 pm in the presence of a DTI representative.
2. All draws will be held at CHIKKA PHILIPPINES, INC. Office, The Penthouse of Anson’s Building, 23 ADB Avenue, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
